- Identify and develop new business opportunities for air import.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide tailored air import solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal pricing team to prepare and deliver competitive quotations.
- Negotiate buy rates with overseas agents to ensure profitability.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed shipments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain communication with overseas partners to explore service capabilities and secure routing options.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
Qualification – Graduate
