- Attend and respond promptly to air export pricing enquiries from customers and internal teams.
- Negotiate rates with airlines and consolidators to secure the most competitive buy rates.
- Monitor market trends and airline pricing structures to maintain current and competitive rate intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal sales and customer service teams to support pricing requirements and submit quotations.
- Liaise with airline representatives for special pricing requests.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and regularly update buy and sell rate sheets to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Support development of pricing strategies based on customer requirements, routing trends, and airline offerings.
- Monitor and track any increases or decreases in the airline’s capacity over time.
- Regular follow-up for the enquiries which were quoted.
- Ensure regular follow-up on all enquiries for which quotations have been provided.
- Stay informed and up to date on flight operations and changes in airline capacity.
Qualification – Graduate
