Requirements
- Hands-on experience in HBL/MBL preparation and SI filing.
- Knowledge of ODEX, Form 13, and Shipping Bill (SB) upload.
- Understanding of export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Good co-ordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HBL and MBL accurately for export shipments.
- File Shipping Instructions (SI) with shipping lines within timelines.
- Handle Form 13 and Shipping Bill upload through ODEX.
- Co-ordinate with shipping lines, vendors, co-loaders, transporters, and customers.
- Ensure timely documentation and shipment processing.
- Follow up for vessel schedules, bookings, and document status.
- Verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
