- Manage end-to-end operational activities for both Air and Ocean shipments.
Prepare and process AWB, MAWB, and HAWB for air shipments. - Submit Airline Shipping Instructions (ASI) and prepare Gate Passes for air cargo.
- Prepare and submit the Final Handover Set for air exports, including E-AWB documentation.
- Draft and process BL, MBL and HBL for ocean shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance for both air and ocean shipments.
- Liaise with airlines and shipping lines for bookings, carting arrangements, and schedule management.
- Prepare and verify shipment invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Monitor shipment movements, provide timely updates, and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Ensure daily operational efficiency and coordination across departments and external stakeholders.
- DG (Dangerous Goods) certification is an added advantage for handling hazardous materials in air freight.
Qualification – Graduate/ MBA
