Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, route them to concerned departments, and take messages.
  • Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance registers, and front-desk records.
  • Handle courier inward/outward and coordinate with vendors.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, HR, and Admin for day-to-day requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing calendars when required.
