Key Responsibilities
- Handle air export shipment bookings with airlines
- Coordinate with customers for shipment details and documentation
- Follow up with airlines for space confirmation and schedules
- Coordinate with operations and clearance teams for smooth shipment movement
- Update customers on shipment status and resolve queries
- Maintain records of bookings and shipment details in the system
- Ensure timely execution of shipments as per customer requirements
- Handle rate inquiries and provide quotations in coordination with pricing team
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company SOPs
