Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, & travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and prepare letters, emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate business meetings, video conferences, and events.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and circulate action points.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, administrative support, and day-to-day office activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain a smooth workflow for executives.
