Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Air Import shipments.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Arrange delivery orders and co-ordinate customs clearance.
- Prepare and verify import documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and service issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company SOP’s and customer requirements.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
- Follow up on shipment milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain shipment records and MIS reports.
