Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Air Export Operations (Freight Forwarding preferred).
- Strong experience in drafting AWB / HAWB.
- Good knowledge of air export procedures and basic IATA rules.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage urgent shipments and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/Freight software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete air export operations from booking to cargo uplift.
- Coordinate with customers for shipping instructions, documents, and cargo readiness.
- Prepare and verify AWB, HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and other export documents.
- Book space with airlines/co-loaders and follow up for flight schedules.
- Coordinate with CHA, transporters, warehouse, and airlines for smooth cargo movement.
- Track shipments and share timely updates with customers.
- Maintain documentation records and update ERP/FMS systems accurately.
