Requirements
- 07–15 years of experience in Air Export Pricing, preferably in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of air freight rates, airlines, and market trends.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Air Freight pricing enquiries and prepare competitive quotations.
- Negotiate rates with airlines and overseas agents.
- Coordinate with customers, operations and agents.
- Provide timely responses and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Follow up on quotations and support business conversion.
- Handle customer, airline, and pricing-related escalations.
- Maintain updated freight rates and monitor market trends.
- Ensure competitive pricing with healthy profit margins.
- Maintain records of rates, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Ensure good customer service and timely shipment coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
