- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry preferred.
- Good understanding of shipping documentation and Incoterms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure freight rates and prepare competitive quotations for customers.
- Handle Ocean Import & Export shipment operations and booking activities.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, overseas agents, and transporters for shipment execution.
- Arrange shipment bookings and ensure timely confirmations from shipping lines.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, SI, DO, invoice, packing list, etc.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment schedules, documentation, & delivery status.
- Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and maintenance of shipment records.
- Follow up for shipment status, vessel schedules, and cargo movement.
- Maintain service quality and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
