Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in AWB, MAWB, HAWB preparation, ASI submission, E-AWB, and Gate Pass documentation.
- Good knowledge of airline documentation and air export procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare AWB, MAWB, and HAWB accurately.
- Submit ASI, process E-AWB, and prepare Gate Pass.
- Prepare the Final Handover Set for airlines.
- Co-ordinate with customers, airlines, transporters, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Follow up on shipments to ensure timely uplift and movement.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for customs clearance and airline acceptance.
- Resolve documentation and operational issues related to export shipments.
