- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent enquiries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to Air Export & Import rate enquiries from customers and internal sales teams.
- Negotiate with airlines, overseas agents, sub-agents, and transporters to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare and share spot quotations, RFQs, and tender pricing within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal operations and overseas counterparts to ensure accuracy and service feasibility.
- Maintain and update the pricing database for key sectors, airlines, and trade lanes.
- Support the sales team in onboarding new customers by providing competitive pricing solutions.
- Monitor market trends, airline capacity, and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all quotations are accurate, transparent, and aligned with company standards.
