Requirements
- Good knowledge of air export documentation and operational processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas agents, local agents, and shippers for complete shipment handling.
- Ensure timely updates are shared with customers and stakeholders regarding shipment status.
- Coordinate with CHA and transporters for smooth execution of shipments.
- Verify export documentation (AWB, MAWB, HAWB draft, invoice, packing list, etc.).
- Co-ordinate with airlines for carting, bookings, and amendments.
- Co-ordinate with customers to ensure smooth clearance processes.
- Track shipments and ensure timely uplift and delivery.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure high service quality.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
