Required Experience
- 2–5 years in Customer Service (preferably Air Export / Freight Forwarding)
- Experience in handling customers and airline co-ordination
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with customers for shipment updates and queries
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Manage airline bookings and follow-ups for space confirmation
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of shipments
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Co-ordinate with operations for smooth execution of shipments
