Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in Air Export Operations (preferably in freight forwarding/logistics).
- Knowledge of airline documentation and E-AWB process.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and email handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare AWB, MAWB, and HAWB.
- Handle booking arrangements with airlines and ensure confirmation.
- Submit ASI, E-AWB, and prepare Gate Pass.
- Prepare Final Handover Set for the airline.
- Coordinate with customers and airlines for carting, booking, and amendments.
- Follow up on shipments to ensure timely movement and delivery.
- Prepare invoices and maintain shipment records.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for smooth clearance.
