Key Responsibilities
- Quoting rates to customers
- Negotiation with shippers, carriers, vendors, etc.
- Prepare and verify export documents (MBL/HBL, Invoice, Packing List, SI, BL)
- Coordinate with shipping lines for draft BL, corrections, and final BL release
- Booking, vessel schedules, cut-offs, and cargo movement
- Coordinate with internal & external teams
- Ensure timely updates and smooth shipment execution
