Senior Executive Operations Air Export

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparation of Airway Bills (AWB), MAWB, HAWB, submitting ASI, and preparing Gates Pass for air shipments.

· Prepare the Final Handover Set for air export shipments and submit E-AWB documentation.

· Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth clearance processes for air shipments.

· Communicate with airlines for carting arrangements and coordinate amendments with airlines for operational adjustments.

· Prepare invoices for air shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

· Demonstrate strong knowledge of both overseas and local shipments, handling air freight efficiently.

· Be well-versed in day-to-day operational activities related to air shipments, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

Qualification – Graduate/ MBA

· Manage airline bookings and reservations, ensuring optimal routing and scheduling to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

· Dangerous Goods (DG) certification is an advantage, enabling the handling of hazardous materials in air operations.
