Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in Air & Sea Export Operations (preferably in freight forwarding/logistics).
- Strong knowledge of airline and shipping line documentation processes.
- Familiarity with E-AWB, SI, BL documentation, and export procedures.
- Good communication, customer coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Air Export
- Prepare AWB, MAWB, and HAWB documents.
- Handle airline booking arrangements and ensure timely confirmation.
- Submit ASI, file E-AWB, and prepare Gate Pass.
- Prepare the Final Handover Set for airlines.
- Coordinate with customers and airlines for booking, carting, and amendments.
- Follow up on air shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery.
Sea Export
- Prepare shipping bills, draft BL, and finalize HBL/MBL.
- Coordinate with shipping lines for booking, SI submission, and BL release.
- Arrange container placement, stuffing, and movement to port.
- Monitor sailing schedules and update customers on shipment status.
