Key Responsibilities
- Handle air export bookings with airlines and co-loaders.
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, transporters, and internal teams for shipment execution.
- Monitor booking confirmations and ensure timely cargo uplift.
- Follow up on flight schedules, space availability, and shipment status.
- Prepare and verify booking-related documents and shipment details.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Maintain shipment records and update systems accurately.
- Resolve booking-related issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with airline and company procedures.
