Air Export Executive – Operations

·         Prepare and process AWB, MAWB, HAWB, and other relevant air export documentation.

·         Submit ASI (Air Shipment Instruction) and prepare Gates Pass for air export shipments.

·         Prepare the Final Handover Set for air export shipments.

·         Submit E-AWB (Electronic Airway Bill) to the airline for digital processing.

·         Coordinate with customers to ensure the smooth and timely clearance of their shipments.

·         Provide clear communication to customers about shipment status and resolve any issues promptly.

·         Communicate with airlines to arrange carting and ensure cargo is handled and delivered correctly.

·        Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with airlines, customers, and internal teams.
