As a Customer Services Executive at Galaxy Freight, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating bookings, managing documentation, and facilitating the shipment of export cargo. Your role will involve effective communication with customers, internal teams, and airlines to ensure smooth and timely cargo handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance regarding export cargo shipments, booking procedures, documentation requirements, and shipment status updates.
  • Coordinate the booking of export cargo with airlines, ensuring optimal routing, scheduling, and adherence to customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage export cargo documentation processes, including the preparation, verification, and processing of shipping documents in compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with airlines to coordinate cargo bookings, confirmations, and any special requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient cargo handling and transportation.
